About Me

Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Dennis, the owner and founder of our epoxy flooring company.

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and I’m proud to serve the community that has shaped who I am. Throughout my career as a firefighter-paramedic, I’ve learned the importance of integrity, precision, and hard work. Those values are the foundation of my business and are reflected in every floor I install.

I started this company because I have a passion for transforming ordinary concrete into something durable, functional, and beautiful. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a worn-out garage, patio, or commercial space completely transformed into a floor that customers are excited to show off.

As an owner-operated business, you’ll work directly with me from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. I believe in honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and never cutting corners. Every project receives the same level of care and attention that I would give my own home.

Whether you’re looking for a decorative flake system, a custom metallic epoxy floor, a sleek solid-color coating, glitter epoxy, or a durable quartz system, my mission is simple: deliver exceptional craftsmanship, use premium materials, and create a floor that will look great and perform for years to come.

Thank you for supporting a locally owned Miami business. I truly appreciate every customer who trusts me with their project, and I look forward to helping bring your vision to life.

Frequently Asked Questions

General & Performance Questions

In a residential garage or basement, a professionally installed epoxy floor easily lasts 10 to 20 years with basic maintenance. For commercial or industrial spaces with heavy vehicle traffic, you can expect 5 to 10+ years before needing a top-coat refresh.
Clean, high-gloss epoxy can be slick when wet, just like polished concrete or tile. To prevent this, we automatically mix an anti-slip aggregate (like aluminum oxide or quartz) into the final top coat. This gives the floor a subtle texture that provides excellent traction even if it gets wet.
Standard epoxies can yellow if exposed to direct, heavy sunlight. That is why for spaces with high UV exposure—like garages with large windows or outdoor patios—we use a premium Polyaspartic or Polyurethane top coat. These materials are 100% UV-stable and will never discolor.

Preparation & Installation Process

Proper prep is 90% of a successful floor! We never use cheap acid washing. Instead, we use professional diamond grinders or shot-blasters to open up the concrete’s pores. We then repair all cracks, divots, and pitting with a specialized epoxy filler so the final surface is completely flawless.
Yes. For the safety of your items and to ensure a flawless install, the area must be entirely cleared of vehicles, tools, and personal belongings before our team arrives.

Timeline & Expectations

Most residential garage floors take 1 to 2 days to fully install, depending on the concrete’s condition and the specific system (flake, metallic, or solid color) you choose.
Foot traffic: usually safe within 24 hours. Heavy items/vehicles: we recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before driving cars or parking heavy machinery on the new surface to allow it to fully cure.
